BACKGROUND

The RTI Act 2019 (Act 989) mandates that public institutions provide, publish, and maintain an RTI Manual to facilitate access to information. Section 3 of the Act specifically outlines the need for each public institution to prepare and publish a manual that details the structure, functions, and procedures for accessing information within the institution.

The Ghana Enterprises Agency is committed to transparency, accountability, and the promotion of an informed citizenry, and the publication of this manual is a crucial step in fulfilling these obligations.
